Use this form to request bus services for field trips and activities.

Please note that third party liability insurance is required to rent buses. After the booking process, an email will be sent outlining the process of obtaining insurance. Allow one week for booking processing and confirmation.

  • Mileage and bus time costs are payable to W̱SÁNEĆ School Board.

  • Driver time costs are payable directly to the assigned Bus Driver.

  • Damage Deposit: Equal to total cost per km for the trip, e.g. $535 for a 1000 km trip. Minimum $100 deposit. Deposit must be in cash or a cheque dated before the trip, and will be refunded after inspection.

  • Fuel Costs: Bus will be made available with full tank. Tank must be full at return
