SOCCER FIELD BOOKING REQUEST

The WSÁNEĆ School Board’s soccer field can be rented with or without lights. We expect the users to respect the facilities and WSB will use the proceeds of the community use for management and maintenance of the facilities.

You must read the below Facilities Rental Procedures and Regulations and view the Rental Fees.

Time slots for sports related/practices are Monday to Friday from:

Slot 1 – 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm
Slot 2 – 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm
Slot 3 – 8:00 pm to 9:30 pm

Facility Rental Procedures and Regulations

  • Renter is responsible for obtaining own liability insurance (information will be emailed after booking request is made).

  • No drugs or alcohol are allowed on WSB grounds. WSB is a non-smoking site.

  • Order of priority for renters is determined by W̱SB Administration.

  • Unauthorized use at own risk.

  • No driving on the soccer field.
  • If clean-up by WSB Staff is required after use, additional rental fees may apply to subsequent rentals.
  • If activity is ongoing, arrange payment for full seasonal slot, $100 deposit will be retained if needed.
  • In booking the facility, the Renter agrees to indemnify the W̱SÁNEĆ School Board against any and all claims, actions or demands that may be brought, made or arise in respect of anything done or omitted to be done by the Renter pursuant to facility rental or resulting from the use of the Facility, save and except to the extent that such claims, actions or demands arise from or relate to the negligence, wrongful act or omission of the W̱SÁNEĆ School Board, or any of its Administration or staff. The Renter is responsible for the wellbeing of all parties in attendance during their rental time, as well as their actions while on W̱SÁNEĆ School Board property.
